The Math & Science of Indigenous Peoples program explores how Native knowledge systems reflect complex mathematics, environmental science, and engineering principles. Students engage in hands-on projects—such as mapping constellations, tracking seasonal patterns, and building sustainable tools—that draw from tribal traditions and real-world applications. Designed with cultural respect and academic rigor, the program highlights the brilliance of Indigenous technologies while deepening student understanding of STEM concepts through storytelling, observation, and experimentation.
