Think Like a Game Designer

Think Like a Game Designer is an 8-week course for elementary and middle school students offered as an in-class pullout, afterschool program, tutoring, or math credit recovery. Students don’t just learn to code—they learn to tell stories, develop characters, and build interactive scenes. Aligned with grade-level math standards, the course introduces multiple programming languages, including block programming, Coffeescript, and Python. More than a coding class, it’s a creativity lab where students gain the confidence to build something entirely from their own imagination—bridging math, storytelling, and technology into one unforgettable experience.
