Sean Wilson  Afterschool Coordinator

Sean is the East Bay After School Program Coordinator. He started over the summer of 2022 with a program at Alameda Juvenile Justice Center. He currently coordinates STEM programs and instruction in the West Contra Costa Unified School District’s Mafanikio program across several schools around Richmond, California. He also instructs virtually for the homeroom program with the Community School For Creative Education, located in Oakland.
Previously, Sean worked for West County Reads, an organization that promotes literacy around West Contra Costa and the greater Bay Area. For many years he has helped provide and deliver books straight to the hands of readers young and old at countless community events and programs. He's spent time in the food industry in jobs that ranged anywhere from prep cook at local restaurants around the San Francisco Bay Area to international food consultant in Shanghai.

Currently Sean lives in Vallejo with his fur daughter Nala, a very intelligent german shepherd/pitbull mix. He enjoys painting and is very involved in the the Bay Area’s vibrant art community, trying to get handmade art into the lives of as many people as possible. Preparing for the future by making today a little brighter.
