Success Story at Nystrom ElementaryIn Richmond California we have promoted cultural inclusion in the math and science curriculum, designed rigorous science experiments to be monitored by scientists in the field. Students have a feeling of belonging; their attendance, behavior and most importantly their test scores improved.
Increase of 61% in students near or at grade level, in math and a 15.32% decrease in the number of students scoring below standard
